Unfortunately, I had trouble with the toilet overflowing twice during my stay, which was pretty frustrating. While the staff was courteous and quick to resolve problems, these inconveniences affected my overall comfort. The room lacked a mini-fridge, which would have been handy for keeping drinks cool, and I found that the linens had stains when I checked them. This could definitely use improvement. Despite these setbacks, the staff’s helpfulness stood out.

The hotel's location was great for exploring Pachuca. We had fun watching a local soccer match, and the kids loved the breakfast buffet—it was a hit with the whole family!
